What is their process of project management?
You should be able to gauge by the response to this question if they have actually thought of this topic. If it sounds like they’re not prepared for this question – it’s best to look elsewhere.
Are they reactive or proactive?
Some firms will only speak when spoken to! Others will provide you with an update every step of the way. Think about what your preference is and make sure your environmental firm can deliver.
